PSYXIA
The Clinic
Your Journey.
Experience premium, informed and personalised psychiatric care in comfort and style, making every interaction therapeutic and adherent to our values of Honesty and Kindness.
Every time you see us, equivalent psychiatric treatment is donated to someone in the need around the world.
-
Contact us to complete a clinical narrative assessment. This is a detailed and comprehensive information questionnaire where you can use your own words and story. This information is then reviewed by our clinical team prior to your appointment, to make the interview as efficient and detailed as possible. If your situation be better addressed elsewhere, half of the assessment fee is refunded. This ensures that your time, efforts, resources and energy is effectively utilised - important when experiencing mental ill-health.
-
Arrive at our premium lounge and concierge to feel relaxed and refreshed prior to your appointment, with a focus on wellbeing for the body and mind.
Then, expect your clinical team to get to know you personally, taking the time and attention in a face-to-face clinical interview, along with your family or support persons. With over an hour dedicated, diagnostics or treatment will never be rushed and there is ample opportunity for ongoing reviews to fully understand you, your health, your culture and your community.
-
No-one wants to see the doctor. We make sure your follow-up care is as flexible as possible. With telehealth follow-up you can connect from home, ensuring comfort and continuity.
With the shared goal of recovery, we aim to provide a holistic treatment plan without the need for lifelong psychiatric care, usually collaborating with your primary care provider once the trajectory is set after a few appointments.
Psychotherapy arrangements can be discussed and personalised should it be appropriate to provide in our team. In rare situations of severe mental illness, long-term psychiatric treatment is available.
